The Outfit Company is a trading name of Mangan Print Limited, a New Zealand company. This policy covers personal information collected through theoutfitcompany.co.nz.

• Your name, email address and phone number when you place an order
• Your business name, if you provide one
• Your delivery address
• What you ordered, and your order history with us
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number
• Basic, anonymous website usage statistics (pages visited, device type)

• To process, fulfil and deliver your order, and to contact you about it
• To handle returns, refunds and questions
• To keep the records we're required to keep for tax and accounting

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked us to.

Only the services we need to run the shop:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — our order database
• Vercel — website hosting and anonymous usage analytics
• Resend — sending order emails
• Our garment suppliers and couriers — the details needed to supply and deliver your order

Some of these providers store data outside New Zealand.

We keep order information for as long as we need it to fulfil and support your order, and to meet our legal obligations (New Zealand tax law generally requires business records to be kept for seven years).
